After the initial consultation and assessment have been undertaken, a report is prepared.
We strongly recommend a full written report is produced but for the smaller service provider a summary document may sometimes be adequate.
The full written report will highlight any concerns relating to the disability-related aspects of the Equality Act 2010 and suggest ways to overcome them. It will, where possible, offer options on making “reasonable adjustments” as required by the Act.
